Unfortunately, two successive attempts to contact either Ilian
YI9LZ/LZ1CNN or his manager Gosho LZ1ZF by e-mail have failed. But I
see from QRZ.COM that Ilian now says QSL Direct, and gives this
address:
Ilian Lazarov Gadzhev,
Ul.Pliska 4, ap.6,
4300 Karlovo,
BULGARIA.
That isn't a box number, so registered mail or FedEx can be sent to it.
Has anyone had success with that QRA? (Hamad 9K2HN - Is that what you used?).
