[Dx-qsl] V63JA QSL WANTED

No information was found so far.
I am a kind of new comer to the DXing world, and he, JJ1TZK, was very
active on 1980's, but he seems to be QRTing these years.
The JARL Web site as well as the JARL callbook are showing he is not
a member of JARL now.
