I've got a number of IRCs for sale thanks to the recent YX0 operation. 
They're 1ドル.30 each, shipped to you.
Now, with all the discussion on the reflector on expiration, let me be clear in saying that these IRCS are of the vintage that expire at the end of this year. However, if you're mailing for a QSL in the next 4 months or so, these should be perfectly fine, as it gives the user at the other end time to exchange them.
And, it's a lot cheaper than 1ドル.85 from the post office today!
