[Dx-qsl] When to use IRCs

It reached the stage today when I find this question impossible to
answer. <smile>
Airmail to the US of A is now 50p [Thanks to those who noticed]. Sure 1
IRC covers that, however I exchanged a wad of GS today and got 49 pence
each - last week it was 51p, so am more than grateful to those who
enclose 2ドル [or more].
I am actually at the stage where I will have to consider using Surface
Mail to return some cards, before my accountant [ 'er downstairs ] tells
me we can't afford to get any more cards printed,and stay within
'budget'. Postage from Bulgaria [ Where all mine are printed ] to the
UK has just increased by 200 % [yes that's right - two hundred !], so
those costs have gone up.
Oh well, I will survive and try to keep the service on song.
