Tom,
What will likely have to happen, and we should probably start making folks aware of this, is that we have to EXCHANGE them at a PO by end of December. The new ones are supposed to be coming out sometime in the 2nd half of 2006. Given that it takes a long time, it seems, for post offices to both get these things, as well as I can see the potential to burn off their 'old supply' as well..we'll likely see these well into 2007.
My take is that it's not a SASE if I can't get the second "S" in SASE with the IRC. My guess is that folks should send any of the old IRCs to a manager with an end date of November 1 or something like that. I certainly don't want to be spending the last day of the year going thru the IRC shuffle at the post office...HI
If someone things a QSL manager makes money....have them contact me....and I want to see the math that shows a break even after expenses...HI. Motto here...don't quit your day job....
