Nope, I sent my request with a SASE and €1,55 in 
German stamps on Dec. 21st. Received his card on 
April 17th, and he even included the extra 15 
cents in postage (very kind of him, too!). I 
suggest you give it a little more time. I don't 
even start worrying until it's been 6 months, at least.
