[Dx-qsl] fyi DXCC turnaround

Yes I asked, I mailed 120 Q on 3/15 Reg mail, and as of 3/23 my submission 
has NOT been logged, as per web site.
This is normal I believe, because of March 31 deadline, causes heavy 
submissions time for the HR listing in AUG QST.
Congrats on CW HR!!!
