[Dx-qsl] TX0C April 2001

I have TX0C card (worked 29th and 30th of April 2001). Though I don't have 
records who I got it from, there is a round stamp "QSL verified MGR "Kan" 
JA1BK" on the QSO label.

you got it from JA1BK or someone else? ZL3CW is listed
as manager on some sites but he is not.
JA1BK's entry on qrz.com says that he is manager for
the April 2000 (NOT 2001) DXpedition only. Is that a
typo? Does anybody have JA1BK's email address so I can
ask him directly?
