Absolutely. Simply update that info in the TQSL module.
Then resign your log and upload it to LoTW.
This will overwrite the blank lines and the qsls will now have this info.
Remember: Important:
Make sure that each segment of your log reflects the proper location, for that time frame.
For Instance
Jan. 1 2005 I live in DeKalb county, in grid (whatever) to Dec.31, 2005.
but
On Jan. 1 2006 I move to Cook county, etc.
Each of those qsos in that time frame must be signed with the proper location, zone, iota,
county, state, etc. etc.
My log is for the same place for 40 plus years, but a lot of guys move from county to
county and state to state a number of times.
