Regarding cards sent to TU2CI with no response.
TU2CI is the club station for Ivory Coast and frequently heard on in 
contests. When I was operating as TU2NW & TU73 in the `80 I was in 
Abidjan and was not successful at received my own cards which were 
sent via the TU bureau.
It looks like nothing has changed in that regard after 20 years.
