[Dx-qsl] Hall of Shame Input

I have worked PS7JN a total of six times, 1 time as ZY0SAT 
and 5 times as ZW0S, and have gotten all six QSOs QSLed 
within 2 months after he returned home. So I don't have a 
problem with him.
