[Dx-qsl] Hall of Shame Input

I have tried getting QSL's for ZY0SAT and ZW0S from PS7JN for years with 
no luck. Tried IRC's, GS, business looking envelopes, etc, with no 
luck. My log shows 5 attempts were made.
