[Dx-qsl] FS5/W3HNK Clarification

I just finished preparing a box of bureau QSLs for shipment to Joe,
W3HNK. FYI Joe is by far the biggest user of the W3 QSL Bureau; we
ship approximately 625 cards to him every two weeks on the average. 
(the next biggest user? K3LR).
In sorting out cards for Joe, I find that a few errors are made by
DXers regularly enough so I think they merit mention here.
1) Joe is NOT the manager for his own Caribbean operations. FS5/W3HNK
cards go to KU9C.
2) Joe is NOT the manager for Chak, JT1CO. Chak QSL's only direct and
only when funds for sufficent return postage are provided.
3) Joe handles cards for V44/NC2N, but NOT for NC2N's stateside operations.
4) Be careful when sending out cards for 9Y4W. That call sign has
many different managers depending on the dates of operation. Joe is
manager for only certain of those dates. The best listing I have seen
of who manages the different dates is on the IK3QAR website lookup.
