[Dx-qsl] A Correction and Thanks: No show QSLs (long list of abt 75)

I received many replies accounting for a third of the cards as non 
traditional amateurs.
It makes one wonder where your money and envelopes go when you send them six 
dollars in 18 months. I would think that if people choose not to QSL, which 
is their right, that they would return your card. But apparently that's too 
difficult.
I also will apologize to the K7C people, who were accidentally included when 
Tom was working with me. I never received a card after he sent it. With this 
kind of list all acknowledged on their own that there are a combination of 
problems here for two years to the tune of hundreds of dollars.
Yet on the other hand over 800 cards have reached me. I have seen the 
discussions about V51AS and received a card and nice note buro thanking me 
for the card (but did send direct). So you see, I have some postal oddities 
here.
I have the list available for any one who wants it with the notes posted on 
it and who said it, as long as no one wishes to be removed from the 
comments.
