[Dx-qsl] Canada Address Labels ??

"Folks:
 My post office informed me that as of last January, Canada requires 
all incoming mail to be addressed in capital letters - had to re-do my 
handwritten cursive envelope into printed capital letters.
 The P.O. employee (former Canadian) said it applied to 
machine-generated (like computer labels) addresses also.
 Could some of our Canadian members please verify this for us?? I 
would think computer labels could be caps & lower case, but .....
