AP2AI does QSL and does answer email. I believe he is an ex
police officer and I speculate that no one dare touch his
mail.

So what's the consensus on AP2IA.....does he QSL or not?
I still need AP on CW but I'm not going to bother to work
AP2IA if the chances of getting
a QSL are nil.
