[Dx-qsl] 7Q7BP QSL Update

Joe, 7Q7BP/G3MRC wishes to convey the following information
on his QSLing practices:
1. 7Q7BP QSL cards do exist and direct requests to G3MRC
will be eventually answered when Joe can return to England
for a longer period, date unknown.
2. QSL requests are NOT to be sent to Malawi because of the
flimsy postal system in that country.
3. I do not know if buro cards will be answered.
4. DO NOT send your QSL cards to me.
