[Dx-qsl] Its frustrating when

After 3 or 4 months, and not seeing anything posted, I'll ask if 
anybody on the reflector has gotten a reply from such and such. If 
nobody has then I just sit back and wait till about 6 months, then 
see what happens. If I've seen a lot of posts from other ops getting 
their cards from a certain operation but I don't get anything after 6 
months, I'll send a short, polite note to the manager asking if 
he/she remembers receiving my card, and should I re-send my request. 
Maybe it's been lost in the return post, or maybe, as has happened 
twice in the last year, it's been sitting in my mailbox within 24 
hours of my e-mail.
