[Dx-qsl] K7C QSLs Returned

It does not matter what the web site says when the IBRS from JA1NLX
states:
"valid until December 31, 2005, IBRS number: Kamata 5091"
The IBRS from JA2OLJ states:
"valid until 15 November 2005, IBRS: Aichitaketoyo 1"
So, they were returned because it says they were expired. I can't help
that and I have no say so with the PO.
If you know these operators, you had better tell them their QSLs have
been returned. I'm willing to help them but its up to them to make it
happen.
