I've been DXing and QSLing for 36 years but recently ran into a first time
ever QSLing event for me - a ham in an Eastern European country who had been
DXpeditioning to a semi-rare African country got my bureau request, but took
the time to look up my email address on the internet and send me an email to
remind me of his QSL policy listed on qrz.com - $ for a card. So he
RECEIVES cards via the bureau but won't respond in kind - that's a new one
on me. I didn't need it for a band mode but thought his card might be nice
to look at - it is, but I'll be content with looking at it on his qrz.com
page...
