I don't think it is true since I sent only 2$ and already received my qsl
(and what a qsl !!!).
I think it is too early to that kind of comments. It was a very FB
expedition they spent a lot of time and money on that trip and the manager
is doing a superb job. Each day I'm convinced that it is extremely
difficoult to make everybody happy. There is always someone to feel unhappy.
