I worked with the qsl manager of and still have the logs for VP8SSI and 
3Y0PI.
We had weeks of wait for the cards to be printed overseas and then they 
arrived on pallets.
Incoming envelopes were opened and if there was any $$ be it 1 or 100, a 
thank you note was attached to the return envelope,. then placed in a 
tub corresponding to the call area. Label sheets attached to that tub 
and those tubs were worked straight through with 12 helpers. It took a 
long time to go through over 60,000 cards, but I ma sure the whiners 
could have done it faster
Money received played no part in how fast a card went out. A neighbor 
just got his card for 3Y0X, he enclosed 1ドル and mailed his request as 
soon as the dx-pedition was over. They are still coming out. N2OO is the 
head man of the QSL Managers Association and if you go to that website 
you will find the laws governing the association. He would not allow 
something like this to happen.
