[Dx-qsl] YI9OM update/info

Hello,

I worked YI9OM on Nov-24-02 on 15m CW and I submitted it to ARRL's DXCC in 2003, but it was rejected.

I just checked yesterday and today I got an email from Bill Moore, NC1L (DXCC Branch Manager) and he said that "YI9OM for that date is still on hold".

I've worked a few others from Iraq that are good for DXCC, but none on 15m, so I was wondering what is the deal with YI9OM?

Why won't he submit documentation for it? It's been over 3 years now.

Any info on it would be greatly appreciated.
