If I invest money to my bank, I can get my money back plus an interest for
that.
If I invest money to the postal system by pre-paying their services not
rendered yet, one day they can say, thanks for your money but you will not
get any service despite we promised it. Because we said so. We have simply
changed our mind.
Very nice.
There are some 50-70 small IRCs and a couple of dozens of bigger ones laying
on my shelf, still waiting for their turn. Most probably there are other
people still sitting on all those IRCs. Trying to think globally, it's quite
easy to imagine amounts of money earned by the UPU this way. Because they
said so.
I wish a good lawyer follows this thread.
