This one was a bit tricky for me. Originally he had a direct address to 
Laos with a request for 2 IRC's. I sent that off and never did hear 
back. Long about September I sent him an email asking for QSL 
directions and at that time he had an address in the UK. I see now that 
the UK address is gone from QRZ.com and from what I read on the website 
he may have gone back to Laos. His Russian callsign is RK3DT...try the 
email address on the website yks2n at yahoo.com that was the email he 
responded to me on.
