[Dx-qsl] Missing routes

I have a number of cards that have been hanging around, while I searched for QSL routes. Have been unable to find the following, which I have weaned 
out as really needing for mode/bands: 
A93KR 1/22/2000 0415Z 40 CW
8R1PRN 11/25/04 1824Z 12 CW
Y42MB 1/3/89 0706Z 80 CW - Isnt there an old E German list somewhere?
8R1A24/15/05 0121Z 40 CW CQ WPX
7F1A 24/05/03 0145Z 40 CW
T22LG 1/16/99 0332Z 12 SSB
VP8MWN 12/05/04 0157Z 160 CW This one I reallllly need
JW0HI 10/5/05 0011Z 30 CW
CU2/SM7QL 08/08/05 1705Z 20 CW Maybe the SM call is wrong, but thats what is in the log
T57R 17/11/2000 2353Z 30 CW
TJ1DG 1/1/00 2041Z 20 RTTY AN OLD INDICATOR HERE WAS BOX 40 BERTONA CAMEROON but it is no longer shown in any data base I
 find today
I have not worked those bands/modes with any other station in those countries, so if dont get these, they are gone for good, until I hear and
work another there- or in E Germanys case - forever
