For all those interested, copied below is a message I received back from
the UPU in Switzerland - it is self explanatory.
Dear Mr. Walls:
The current international reply coupons (IRC) must be exchanged before
31 December 2006. They will have no value after this date.
A new IRC will be sold by postal administration from 1 July 2006.
