I would like to try ONE LAST TIME to acquire a QSL card from Virgilio,
for a 10 metre QSO a long time ago.
In an email to him, he indicated that he had never received a card from
me, and I am quite prepared to accept that one never actually made it to
his front door - but his direction as to what address I should use in
future was not at all clear.
The address I tried last time is the current one in both QRZ and
Buckmaster - but I am not sure that Panamanian Post Office recognises it
as being a 'good' one, Hi.
Does anyone out there have any advice for this outstanding QSL - believe
me, any advice will be gratefully accepted.
Thanks.
