Yes it is true, I am negligent in answering QSLs. I do answer them
eventually. Some people send me an E mail if they don't get it back
within a week. First they want to know if I received their card. As I
get them I put them in my big box of SASEs. Since I've operated under
several different calls and people generally don't put the call they are
confirming on the envelope, I can't easily tell if I received their QSL
and every now and then I grab a handful and answer them. I don't make
any effort to sort them. I've got about 9000 QSOs in one log of TI5/N0KE
that I'd like to send into LOTW if I could ever figure out how to do it.
ARRL acts like DXCC credits need the security of nuecular secrets and it
is way to difficult to do. I also have a bunch of logs for TI5N to send
to LOTW as W3HNK never sends them in.
