Hi Joe,
For the Andaman Island Hamfest and dxpedition,
all VU3 callsigns had 3-letter suffix. VU3 calls
operating from Andaman with "S" suffix:
VU3 ...SIB, ...SIC, ...SID, ...SIG, ...SIE.
While VU3SK may be a valid callsign, there was no
one operating from the Andamans as VU4AN/VU3SK
according to information published by NIAR.
