Hi Dick!
If I remember correct J20VB was the first stop on this
trip, so no QSLs are out yet. The last QSLs he did send
out was from his visit at EP4HR in January 2005.
Vlad is a very nice young man (he was here in Sweden
in 2004) and a good QSL'er. He will QSL as soon as
he is back home in Russia again. Right now he is active
as A25VB.
In www.qrz.com it says he wants IRCs, but I'm not sure
if he knows that these are not worth anything after the
last day of December. He might have someone opening
his mail and cashing in the IRCs but I don't know... My
feeling is that he knows, as Vlad always seems to be
very well informed.
Sending QSL to his AC4LN address is OK, but these
are delayed as he doesn't pick them up very often.
