[Dx-qsl] Montenegro

Callsign is SM5DQC, not SM5BQC, and I'm no longer
alone at the Top Honor Roll, there are now also a few
Europans and also a couple of USA-stations.
Montenegro is not in the recent DXCC change of rules
and cards can be sent in at any time, the 1. October date
for KH8SI is due to the rulechange. Please see the
