[Dx-qsl] Postal rates (VE and YU)

My recent posting on VE and YU (Montengro rates) has spawned 
lots of discussion. Mostly it was around for what price we can 
get them, based upon what taxes are add. Stamp denominations 
are not disputed.
I also received QSL from YU (5 QSLs for Nikola Tesla Award 
in the envelope), which had dual prices printed on the 
stamps (Euros and CSD). It resolved the mystery how much 
does it actually cost.
Current denominations (without taxes, or service charges)
VE - to USA (0.89 CDN), Overseas (1.49 CDN 1 oz)
 (in effect till mid Jan.2007)
YU - to North America (0.70 Euros) (assuming 20 gr).
