One IRC covers Airmail postage, up to 50G, to anywhere in the world. In
VK, they cost AU2ドル.50 = US1ドル.85.
AU1ドル.85 = US1ドル.37 also covers Airmail postage, up to 50G, to anywhere in
the world.
(Airmail postage to some places, for instance, Japan or New Zealand, is
only AU1ドル.20 = US0ドル.89 - but that is another story, and a compliment to
the efficiency of Australia Post).
However, if you only need to send one QSL card, with return envelope,
you need only pay AU1ドル.20 = US0ドル.89, to anywhere in the world, provided
you write 'Card Only' in large printing on the envelope, near the
'Airmail' sticker. Brilliant value.
Remember too that VK is a physically large country with a fairly small
population, thus postal business is not large compared to some
countries, nevertheless the above prices generally compare more than
favourably with some significantly 'bigger' postal countries.
BTW, there is only one class of postage in VK - we got rid of first
class, second class divisions et al many years ago - much for the
better.
