[Dx-qsl] HS3TH

Have been trying for some time now to get a card from HS3TH, my only 80
meter contact with Thailand.
Not in any data base I have used here. The contact was 26 November 1996
(yes 10 years ago) on 80 meter CW at 0048z. At someones suggestion, I sent
an email to E21CJN, back 11 April of this year, but he has not responded. I
also have QSOs on 20 cw 15 rtty and 10 phone which havent been confirmed
from other stations in Thailand. It seems to be one of the more difficultr
countries to worm one out of. Thankfully I do have 15 cw and phone
confirmed.
