[Dx-qsl] re: dq/dr stations

I hope those DQ/DR qsls are simple cards and not heavy weight, double
folds.
 I worked 12 DR stations and 25 DQs (along with 150 plain DLs) during the
World Cup period.
Fortunately, th Germans are a higly organized society, so the Buro works
fine !
