[Dx-qsl] Rcvd: YU6DZ

I received a direct QSL from YU6DZ today. It was postmarked in Bar, 
Montenegro, and the postage used was only 0.50 Euros. There have been 
comments to send at least 3ドル for QSLs from either 4O3T or YU6AO because 
of the high postage, and I know this is true for Serbia. Apparently the 
postage rates in Montenegro are lower. BTW, I didn't realize they were 
using the Euro in Montenegro. Perhaps more clarification is needed.
