[Dx-qsl] XU7AN

Hello gang, I have another QSO I am looking for. its XU7AN, 22 nOV 1999
2349Z 20 CW.
There was some indication that it might have been Andy Chadwick ex G4ZV, but
he came back to email and said wasnt him.
There is also a bit in the 425 dxn 3 jan 03, where someone reported QSL
received from that station, but doesnt say anything about who and where it
was sent. Anyone out there have a card, or know where to get one?
