Hello Andy, I sent him a QSL for 160 Meters last 30 Sept and received his
back in my SAE on 29 Oct. One month turnaround. I just used address on
QRZ.Com. NO problem with his QSL.
He appears to be a good QSLer if he receives the card. Many hams in South
America just never receive the QSLs sent to them. Much Postal theft there.
