[Dx-qsl] lonely Marion

OK Here is one for the experts. back on 12 Jan 1997, and also on 2 Feb
1997 I worked a station ZS2LM. At the time, I had an ARRL list of DX
Countries which showed that ZS2 and ZS6 were Marion Islands. I have a card
from ZS6NT , and at the time he said Marion Island, but the card just gives
his South Africa address. This XS2LM never sent a card. Just looked at the
past 250 spots archived for him on DX Central. Many spots are saying he is
in Port Elizabeth Edward and Marion Islands. Then someone else came back
and said NOt Ed and marion. Sent via buro back then, and no response. The
present S African callbook is saying Northend, Port Elizabeth 6056 South
Africa. so it appears I dont have Marion?
I kept waiting for someone else to go there, but have neither heard nor even
seen any spots of another opration there. Its not all that far from S
Africa, and always shows on a list of most wanted. What gives with no
expeditons/ etc?
