[Dx-qsl] Recurring Errors Seen in W3 QSL Bureau

Fred,
I'd add two more "area 3' calls
N3SL is the manager for VY1JA (Yukon). I re-package dozens of his
cards to your bureau in every W3 bureau shipment. Would be much
easier and faster if the cards are sent via bureau directly
 to W3 bureau.
6W/K3IPK: Is he the W3 Bureau user?

Subject: [Dx-qsl] Recurring Errors Seen in W3 QSL Bureau
Now that I have been managing the ARRL Third Call Area QSL Bureau for
about four months, I can see repeated mis-routings which cause me to
spend time making corrections and forwarding cards. If any of the
readers can correct the mis-information causing this which appears on
various web sites, it would be appreciated.
Here is a partial list of the problems I refer to:
-- W3HC does NOT accept bureau cards. It does no good to send cards for
any of the stations he manages through the bureau. Cards for such
stations arriving in this bureau (many hundreds each month) will be
re-routed directly to the stations themselves if their countries have
a functioning QSL Bureau. Cards for PS2T, ZW5B, ZX0F and PY2OMS are
routed to PY5EG.
-- cards for 5B/K3UY and 5B/AJ2O go to RA3AUU, not to those USA call
signs.
-- cards for T97C do NOT go to N3UA. They can be sent via bureau to
T97C himself or to DL5SBA.
-- cards for C6AUR or W3MMM go to UT1DI.
-- 9Y4W has different managers depending on the date of the operation.
The IK3QAR web site has a good listing of this. The manager for the
9Y4W operation in CQWW SSB 2005 is DL4MDO.
-- K3PD is NOT the manager for YO2LEA. YO2LEA handles his own cards.
-- KA3GEA is NOT the manager for YV6BTF. YV6BTF handles his own cards.
-- WB3CQN no longer accepts bureau cards for 4X6UO. These should be
sent directly to the 4X bureau.
I will have more info in a later message.
