It is a useful tool for a Bureau Manager to have as it tracks former
calls well, much better than the FCC database itself. Also you can
edit the entries on your own hard disk copy to include e-mail
addresses, phone numbers etc.
The IK3QAR web site is very good at tracking managers of releatively
recent operations.
