[Dx-qsl] Rita / Katrina damage status on USPS delivery to TX/LA/MI states?

I am wondering how the USPS traffic is restricted to the damaged states
or areas in TX/LA/MI (and probably also AL/FL) states. I feel QSL cards
are surely a low-priority item comparing to the higher-priority ones.
Any info appreciated. Searching the USPS Web site may help, but I would
be glad to know any first-hand info from the hams in the USA.
