I don't have any direct dealings with this DX'er but I might ask if people
have tried to QSL him direct or via the KH2 Buro. I remember reading a post
some time back that the JA's who operate out of KH2 have no arrangement with
the KH2 buro to get their cards and so they just stack up and if not claimed
in so many years are tossed away.
