[Dx-qsl] buro cards

Many new starters don't know how long it can take before bureau QSL arrives,
guys. Lots of them assume that because they haven't received a reply to
their first (or second, or third) request you never got it, or it just
didn't make it to the (fill in the DXCC's entity name) bureau because their
card was lost.
In addition their are a number of organisations that have awards similar to
the Challenge, where QSL is needed, over and over again, every year. These
are usually not the expierenced QSL'ers, but the die-hard award chasers.
Yes, in many countries use of the QSL bureau is free. Shame on the ARRL for
(supposedly) not being able to organize something like that.
But honestly, fellas, if this is all getting too much for you, two of the
biggest QSL managers, then by all means do yourself a favor: get the work
load off your back and find another hobby. An attitude like that doesn't
suit any QSL manager.
