I should say that this planned price hike of Deutsche Post means you
will need to send 3GS or US1ドルx3 for obtaining QSLs from DL managers and
stations if you are out of EU, provided the rate is EUR1 = USD1.20
(pretty close to the current rate), since 1.7 x 1.2 = 2.04 > 2.00.
Sigh.
