[Dx-qsl] S79RRC/A and S79RRC/F

If you worked S79RRC/A or S79RRC/F and are in the U.S. or Canada hold 
off on qsling direct as Eugene asked me today if we can do the same 
arrangement as R0K. This is not cast in stone yet so please be patient.
As soon as he returns we will discuss this further but it appears as 
though myself, K8SIX, and Russ, VE6VK will be a drop point. We will 
collect the SASE's and any donations and forward the donations to him 
along with the list of those requesting a QSL. Once he sends a 
package of cards we will in turn forward them to you.
So please hang tight and Russ or I will make the announcement soon.
