[Dx-qsl] Results of endorsement for DXCC

Dear the DXers,
I received the results of my endorsement today.
I really appreciate for their very good job including their quick
responses and accuracy.
There are three "Rejected" as follows.
XW1FAN (15m SSB on April 4th, 2004) : No Documentation Rec.
	He is very active and many JA's are working him.
	He may not know he should send a copy of his license to
	DXCC for being accepted in the game.
HP1LR ( 15m SSB on October 25th, 2003) : Unauthorized Op.
	The QSL card shows that one of the operators was HP1XVH,
	very famous HP DXers, and his QSL was accepted by DXCC
	at my previous endorsement, of course.
TT8FC (15m SSB on June 12, 2004) : Invalid Date Range.
	How to know what Valid Date Range is?
	This is my "Band New", but it the only TT confirmed for my
	XYL, JJ2VLY. She has just received #251 DXCC in this week
	end and is planing to make her endorsement very soon.
