I just got the same treatment.. 2 cards forwarded to me by other
stateside amateurs.. I had sent 2ドル/1 IRC in seperate SAE's for BOTH
Thanks for W7YW and N7RT being kind enough to forward the QSL's
at THEIR expense (I sent them both a stamp and a thank you note).
Point is, yes, we can afford the .37 cents It's a moral issue.
Note this LY is a CONTEST station, not some poor guy trying to
feed his family.. I understand that and sometimes US amateurs don't
send enough to cover their costs. No problem. Happy to forward em' on.
This is not the case here.
Yes, we'll get "flamed" Brian, but we're right :-)
