FR5EL and 5R8EE are the same person.
I worked FR5EL on 6M in 1991 and was never able to get his QSL card.
I exchanged emails with 5R8EE a few years ago and he said that I
should send my QSL request to his FR5EL address. Later he said there
were no logs available anymore for FR5EL. The story was always changing.
Finally I gave up. He is not inclined to send QSL cards and I need to
work another FR5 on 6M I guess.
